Hello, hi.

And so, life at polytechnic is over. Ended about a week ago. The exams were so-so, hopefully i can still manage an A or 2. Results would be released next week. pretty quick.

I've been working, preparing for the IT show. Since the IT show has started. Work also ended. But i found myself another job. Quite happy that at least this holiday, i'm not slogging in front of the com, doing nothing everyday. And making use of my time properly. You might be lucky to see me at PS.

Oh yeah, my recent obsession are IEMs (In-Ear-Monitors a.k.a In-Ear earphones). All thanks to tf, i got myself a pair of UE Sf.3 after hearing on his. The sf.3 is pretty good but lacks the bass. But, if you plug it into an headphone amplifier, it brings out the bass. And this is where my problem begins.

Thinking of getting a reasonably good amp to boost my headphones, squeezing out every detail the drivers can provide. Or getting a custom made IEM by Live wires, which provides the bass and everything else i might want. And it probably costs around the same price.

The custom made IEMs by Live Wires, takes over the shape of your ear impressions, allowing the perfect fit for yourself only. But the thing is, when i enter NS, hopefully after mid-year, i MIGHT lose weight, and when i do, they say that the ear impression would change. and when it changes, the perfect fit might be lost.




I cant decide which to get first. Maybe i should just save the money and go for a holiday. =\

it's the eve of Chinese new year.

i'm starting to believe what my friends said that the year of the rat is a bad year for those born in the year of the dragon.

Last night while driving, saw many living things on the road.

First was a lady, was at Caltex opp Si Nai HK cafe, where i saw it. Don't really know what happened but when i turned out from caltex, i saw the commotion going on and a lady was unconscious on the floor. Don't really know how the accident came about though.

Next was a cat, with it's body all smashed up and rolled over, blood everywhere, quite a bloody sight.

Last was ironically a rat. Managed to avoid it though.

I hope these stuff don't mean anything, as in it being a sign.

right now im feeling so fucking irritated cos there's this rubber spacer at the back of my teeth, dont really know how to describe the feeling, but it's damn irritating. oh yeah, i extracted out 2 of my teeth already, another 2 more to go and by the 30th i'm gonna have my wires up.

that's all i can think for right now with my super irritated feeling im having. the uneasy-ness..

Lately been quite tired. sending everyone to sch/work/camp for the week cos dad went off to hk for work..sleeping at 2am, and getting up at 7am to send younger bro to school, then nap for 30 mins before sending mom to mrt stn. followed by 3 hrs+ of sleep and then going off to school.

im feeling like so URGH! u know that sort of feeling when u wanna take a piss real bad, minus the urgent part. like u're looking for that relief. but what have i got to say?
want to be pretty, must bear the cost.

talking about cost, recently have been playing mahjong, since nye at aunt alice's place. cant say that im good, but at least im slowing improving. haha

Here are 5 reasons for me, staying home this X'mas.

5. Having recovered my external HDD.
Lots of movies to catch up with. Enjoying nothing but a day of peace and movies.

4. Revamping my room.
Gotta install mirrors, re-positioning my bed and stuff.

2nd December 2007 is fucked up.

Started off by watching Stardust at around 1 in the morning..half way thru the movie, the movie stopped playing, turn out that the HDD somehow crashed or fucked it self up real bad. Couldnt get it to work after that..and to think WD is being recommend by tf..thanks man. =x

gonna try my luck for RMA cos it's still under warranty, but i lost the receipt which lowers my chances for an exchange. turn out that my elder bro dropped my hdd. that's why it stopped working. my movies, pictures, and some other random stuff are all gone..i lost the receipt but i hope that the online proof of my hdd still being under warranty allows me to get a new one..

anyway, was awoken up by my dad with bad news..and this is how it goes..




luckily no one was injured except for the other fucking bitch who had 2 stitches and had to wear a neck brace due to the whiplash effect.

i've tried shopping alone
like on monday, after handing up our project for my MP supervisor's approval, i went down to taka alone..wanted to buy something cos i had this 100 dollar voucher my mom gave..
it felt stupid, so decided to ask d to join me..

so, last week have been at home, tidying up my room
trying to get things in order
clearing up the mess
and i finally bought the poster frame thanks to mum
got the frame up only today though

got a good timetable
the best i ever had in fact
having to start school at 12 for 3 out of the 4 days,

anyway, i got a 300 poster to add on to my collection
was quite disappointed when i compared it to the V poster
the dbl sided print doesnt have much quality
should just get it from popcorn pop next time..

guess it'll be the same shit, just a different day.....

due to me being a lazy ass

i'm currently having financial difficulties

next day woke up to lunch at astons
treated the bday boy
went back
slept the afternoon away
had dinner at jumbo riverwalk
then to brewerkz
i wished i didnt drive

roy had the idea of dim sum
6 of us turned up
so after detours
went to hong xing(red star) which was packed to the brim
wanted to try yum cha
but was packed too
ended up going to parkway's hawker to have dim sum
oh well, it was running late and roy had to catch his flight to sri lanka

slept and woke up only to get ready for resident evil 3
movie was okay

then went to jurong west,
toured around the cemetry at chua chu kang
then, er...
we went back
was about 3+ i think

i lack sleep. Been sending my younger brother to school for the whole week, sleeping at 3 and waking up at 7.
So i spent my Sunday sleeping. Slept till 2+ had Turtle soup at Geylang Lor 21. Came back, dozed off. Awoken by my Hp with daryl asking me to get ready or smth like that, can't remember. So played soccer today. I feel like making it a habit to jog everyday. Starting from Monday evening? and i've got to sleep earlier, no more food during suppers, drinks would do. Had dinner at parkway's hawker and woo keep on wanting to drink. so i settled at my place soon, played mahjong, watched "Lock, Stock and the Two Smoking Barrels". Didnt really do much. So this is me sitting down with the afternoon naps screwing up my body clock, not being able to sleep.

Anyway, September has gone and October is here to stay. So no more lonely September, need to find new song already.

Just got back from sempang bedok, can't sleep, kinda feeling full right now. The food a sempang sucks, the food is expensive and it really isn't good as I thought it was. I've been having supper for the past 3 days straight. Gotta try to put an end to this. Cash flow running low too.

Just a quick update,
Sunday worked at Pasir Ris, White Sands. Got to take care of the reverse bungee. It was fun, but tiring, had to "catapult" those kids who wants to go high up. Fun though, looking at those kids who enjoyed going way up. Sometimes when they go too high, I'm afraid that they might somehow slip out of the safety harness and just fly away. So after packing up worked ended at around 7, went back rest for a while before picking roy, zr, dom, gl and cl for dinner/supper. Was supposed to head to Liang Seh street for dessert, but when we got there, i felt like having bak chor mee. Headed for the new food court at Parco, but somehow changed our minds and went to Swensons. Mike and woo then joined us, oh yeah, i just realised that Swenson's banana split is much cheaper than Haagen Diaz's maybe it's because of the quality of the ice cream. So after having food and ice cream, i went to satisfy my crave for bak chor mee at East Coast Road. Upon reaching East Coast Road, i suddenly remembered that i was supposed to have lunch with jl at the Beach Road Prawn Mee, guess that it would have to wait. After food, we split ways and Dom, Cl and Gl followed me back home. Waited for Daryl before continuing Star Wars Episode 5. Show ended at 3am, was damn exhausted that once my head hit the bed, i k.o.ed

Woke up the next day, slacked at my place before going to Parkway to return the DVDs which i borrowed, in exchange, i borrowed another 3 more movies. Idiocracy, Hide and Seek, Beowulf and Grenald(or something like that). Daryl came over to my place and completed our Star Wars Trilogy(the earlier episodes). My uncle gave us his Laser Disc version of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. So the movie was original compared to the remake version on the DVDs which we borrowed. Continued to watch our DVDs. Well, Idiocracy was..retarded, Beowulf and Grenald was draggy. Sent Daryl home and joined the guys. Went for a car ride all the way to Punggol after picking gl up. Went to ECP Mac, had a little something to eat before sending them back home. Reached home at 5am and slept soon after

Woke up and realised that I had nothing to do. So did some web surfing, gaming and after dinner watched Hide and Seek. Not a bad show but I think that the part when they reveal that the killer was the split personality of the father, it wasn't that exciting.

So that basically sums up my recent events.
Certain things that I need to do:
1) Get a haircut
2) Find a shirt
3) Paint my room
4) Repair my bike
5) Rent more DVDs to make my money worthwhile
6) Get a life.

update on the recent things which i've been doing for the past 3 days.

Wed:
Went for orthodontics consultation, gotta wait another 5 months, by Jan before having my braces up.
came back and slept and did nothing for the whole day.

Thurs:
Stayed at home and do nothing the whole day.
Down with flu but stomach getting better.

Fri:

Lunch at old airport with sq.

Went for dental,
filling up the bloody cavities costs me $150,
i don't know why went to fill the tooth decay when i'm probably gonna pull that teeth out for my braces,
but then again, teeth are important.

Went to cy's place to nua, lucky to have hitched a ride to parkway to meet jm
walked ard parkway doing nothing

Gramaphone have good dvd rental deals,
so here's the catch:
1 month subscription for $30, rent as many movies as you want within the month, up to 3 dvd's or a box set everytime you rent.

Good deal i suppose,
for the fact that i have nothing else to do, so i guess renting these dvds are way better than nabolister.com

geeky i know, but i don't really know how the old episodes went.
